Role Overview

Using your industry knowledge and experience to help develop and grow the companybrand to be one of the most respected companies in its chosen market. Supporting the development of new market sectors and introducing a best practice approach. Adopt all existing Company best practice procedures, suggest and recommend where improvements can been made.

Duties:

  • Provide support to the Hydro delivery team
  • Ensure communications are up to date
  • Monitor task progress and affect positive outcomes
  • Engage with service and product suppliers where required
  • Pro-actively assist in achieving department goals
  • Assist with CAD related tasks as required by the Department (wider business when required)
  • All the design work should be carried out in accordance with the relevant building regulations.
  • Implementation of the company Integrated Management System processes and procedures.
  • Attend the weekly project meetings and discuss workloads, deadlines and issues with the project managers.

Key Skills

  • Ability to communicate with a range of people at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Being able to think methodically and to manage projects.
  • Ability to liaise with professionals and management of the design.
  • Ability to interpret client requirements and communicate these requirements to others.
  • Good understanding of the CDM Regs 2015 and BIM Standards.
  • Time keeping and commitment to Company demands.
  • Ability with personal skills to promote good relationships and a friendly working environment.
  • Professional when representing the Company.
