Newman Stewart are currently seeking an internal sales executive to join the team. This role would suit an energetic person who enjoys the challenges associated with developing new business leads.

Newman Stewart are a mandate driven, executive search firm. We deliver critical recruitment assignments on behalf of our clients and strive for high quality outcomes, delivered faster than expected.

The role of internal sales executive plays a key part in our team structure. Your personality, professionalism and eloquence on the phone opens doors for the rest of the team. You are the outward facing voice of Newman Stewart and will embody our high quality, precision approach to fulfilling our mandated assignments.

The role:

  • Research target companies to call utilising our online databases and CRM tools
  • Make outbound calls to develop opportunities in markets where Newman Stewart are not currently working
  • Have a clear understanding of Newman Stewart's unique selling points and effectively communicate this to prospective clients
  • Book meetings for our directors to attend
  • Keep clear records of your calls and their outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for in person networking events

You:

  • Comfortable using research and call logging technology
  • An effective communicator and relationship builder
  • Understanding of CRM / recruitment database software would be beneficial
