New role based in Wetherby working for a distribution company working Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

The position of Transport Operator involves:

  • Provide leadership of day to day transport issues, including dispatch debrief and work in progress for the transport operations department.
  • You will also be required to work closely with our customer to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole.
  • Managing and de-briefing drivers.
  • Customer relations and a range of associated administrative duties.
  • Answering all queries via email and phone.

Essential skills required for Transport Administrator:

  • Experience of working in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Working to deadlines.
  • Solution driven and Flexible approach to your work.
