Elevation Recruitment Groups HR division are currently working with a fast growing company based in Wetherby who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their established HR team on a full time, permanent basis.

This fully onsite role will report into the Head of HR and play a crucial part in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding.
As a HR Administrator, your day to day duties will include:
- Processing new starters, contract changes & leavers
- Managing recruitment requests and overseeing the Company recruitment portal
- Screening applicants for office based & managerial roles as required.
- Overseeing TUPE transfers
- Assisting with Employee Relations cases including performance management, absence management, investigations and disciplinaries
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.

This HR Admin role would suit a HR graduate or someone who has 6 -12 months experience within a HR setting.
