Service Care Legal are currently working alongside an award winning firm, based in Lancashire. They are looking for Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Private Client team. This role pays a competitive salary of 30,000 - 35,000 annually depending on experience
Responsibilities as a NQ Private client Solicitor:
- Managing of Court of protection and Private Client caseload
- Drafting of Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with Trust and Estate Administration.
- Dealing with clients in person and remotely
- Working with marketing team and producing content in relation to private client work
About you as a NQ Private client Solicitor:
- Experience of dealing with court of protection matters, probate, wills, trust and services for the elderly.
- Be organised, ambitious and have good decision making skills
- Able to work with a high caseload and under pressure.
