We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to join our clients team based out of their site in Wetherby!
Our client is a leading food wholesaler with a fantastic reputation for being a top tier employer that's looking to appoint a new warehouse manager to their operation.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be heading up our clients warehouse function with overall responsibility of our clients day to day operations on the warehousing side.
This may include:
- Ensuring dispatch targets are met and exceeded if possible.
- Ensuring that the correct items are sent out and packaged correctly.
- Manage a team of 20/25 staff members.
- Manage a fleet of delivery vehicles.
- Manage the overall output of orders.
- Identity areas of improvement and implement change.
- Ensure health and safety is adhered to and maintenance high standards.
- Ensure stock control, packing replenishment and processing of orders is kept on top of to assist with streamlining the process.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Pay:
A basic salary of £36,000 per year + a 20% bonus.
The bonus is a combination of individual, department and company performance.
Realistic annual salary of £42,200.00 per year with the bonus if achieved in full.

Experience required:
Previous warehouse management experience within a food environment.
BRC experience desirable but not essential.
