Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate to join our client based in Wetherby as a Sales & Marketing Administration.

Due to the location, your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities • Handling client calls and emails • Process customer order requests and managing customer database • Raise invoices and credit notes• Manage inventory and coordinate with other departments regarding stock levels• Oversee stock maintenance, including import/export and stock level reporting• Organise travel and accommodation for UK and international events• Manage exhibitions, including booking venues and transporting materials• Adhoc marketing support including proof reading • Handle office tasks such as minute-taking, database management, diary management, and expense reporting• General office admin • Coordinate with site contacts and engineers regarding the maintenance of medical devices and other company equipment

Qualifications & Skills• Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
