Project Manager (Social Housing Projects)

  • Salary circa £55k (DOE) + travel expenses
  • Areas to cover: Nottingham, Manchester, Leicester, Yorkshire
  • Residential property only (Terrace / semi houses)
  • Monday – Friday
  • HQ – Wetherby, North Yorkshire.

This role is predominantly out on site so travel is expected.

About you

An ability to work at pace and take responsibility for your own work area is a must. We are seeking experienced Project Managers ideally within the Social Housing sector comfortable navigating around projects. We want people who enjoy solving problems. Ideally, we are seeking candidates with experience of leading relationships with developers, contractors, investors and/or registered providers and some local authority experience of working with land and property, legal, procurement, finance to ensure a strategic and joined up approach to housing delivery.
