Title: Property Sales Support Location: Wetherby Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday Salary: £22,000 - £26,000, depending on experience

We are looking for a Customer Service or Admin candidate to join our client based in Wetherby. This role is within the Property sector where you’ll be supporting the sales team with property sales.

Responsibilities • Provide customer support and assistance to vendors, including ID verification and completing client care documentation• Support with sales administration and client updates• Coordinate property surveys and ensure timely return of reports• Distribute and chase urgent valuations and documentation• Update team managers on file progress and maintain in-house software updates• Manage relationships with third-party companies• Arrange signings for contracts and other critical documents• Liaise efficiently across all business departments• Respond to viewing requests, including gathering feedback and creating property brochures

Requirements• Experience in a Customer facing role, preferably office based • Excellent communication skills • Attention to detail and great organisation skills
