- Control PPE stock levels

- Use Microsoft Projects to prepare, update and maintain work programs and order materials in coherence with the build program
- Read bills, and schedule take offs from site drawings
- Maintain and update the purchase order log
- Maintain and update comparison workbooks
- Add tender codes to purchase orders, purchase order workbook, and invoices

- Relevant experience in construction industry and material requirements.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Projects).
- Proficient in appropriate software.
- Occasional domestic and/or international travel.
