Key Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and retention, ensuring a seamless member journey
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns
- Oversee new member onboarding, contracts, and sign-up processes
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting
- Implement referral programs and promotional incentives
- Handle member queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain accurate direct debit and debt recovery processes
- Conduct staff recruitment and performance management
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven sales leadership experience in a health club, gym, or premium fitness facility
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
