Key Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales and retention, ensuring a seamless member journey
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns
  • Oversee new member onboarding, contracts, and sign-up processes
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting
  • Implement referral programs and promotional incentives
  • Handle member queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate direct debit and debt recovery processes
  • Conduct staff recruitment and performance management
