BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Walton, KT12

Salary: £30-35K (DOE)

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a organised, competent and experienced Branch Administrator to join a highly successful Estate Agency and support their busy team based at their offices in Weybridge.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong background in administration and, critically, have previous very recent experience in Estate Agency.

You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.

You will need to be confident working within a busy sales and lettings team as well as working on your own.

Skills: The skills required for this Branch Administrator role will include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Presentable and articulate communicator
  • Highly organised, efficient and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Knowledge of property industry desirable
  • Driving licence and car owner preferred
