Your responsibilities will be to:
- Help to create new, exciting dishes for our menu, combining your own interests and local produce. Allowing your creativity to flourish.
- Assist and learn from the Head Chef & Sous Chef.
- Train, inspire and develop Junior chefs.
- Lead by example.
