Our client is looking for a Chef de Partie for there busy, fresh food gastro pub near Cobham.
This is one of a small chain of a handful of gastro pubs. This busy pub is individually styled and offers freshly prepared quality food.
Our client is offering a competitive salary, plus higher than average tips and long-term career prospects.
Live in available otherwise your own transport would be required.

The successful Chef de Partie will have:
- Have at least 12 months experience in a similar role
- A background in a BUSY gastro pub or branded restaurant
- Great cooking ability
- An ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
