  • The team is made up of a Head Chef, 2 CDPs and 2 Commis Chefs + KPs.
  • You will be of Chef de Partie to Junior Sous Chef Level.
  • You will need experience in running challenging sections during busy services.
  • The role would best suit a passionate chef looking to push themselves.
