We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join a UK-based Design & Build Consultancy, leading multiple electrical projects on-site in Weybridge, Surrey.
This role is key in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of electrical systems within complex building environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within the electrical building services environment, with the ability to oversee multiple projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and provide clear communication and reporting on all project aspects.
This contract is outside IR35, offering autonomy and flexibility while working with a highly skilled consultancy team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle of electrical systems.
- Take ownership of multiple electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Develop detailed project specifications, manage design stages, and oversee whole project lifecycle.
- Produce and review technical documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Lead on-site teams, ensuring smooth coordination between contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management, keeping all stakeholders informed of project status and key milestones.

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, delivering complex electrical projects in building services, M&E, or construction environments.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ideally with values ranging from £25k - £250k.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including HV/LV distribution, lighting control, emergency power systems, and BMS & controls.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage clients, engineers, and subcontractors effectively.
- Commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages; familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working within BIM environments would be an advantage.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, ensuring successful project execution.
