Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Services Manager to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services, ensuring high standards of patient care, and managing a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the clinical services team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
