Our client are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join a dynamic team supporting Travel Agents and Sales Managers across the UK & EMEA. This role involves maintaining and updating travel agency databases, assisting with system logins, managing trade promotions, processing legal agreements, and liaising with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update travel agency databases, including setting up new accounts and processing changes
  • Assist with system support, resolving login issues, and ensuring smooth automation processes
  • Create and execute tactical trade promotions
  • Manage onboarding for new agencies and maintain existing memberships
  • Process legal agreements and liaise with commercial and legal teams
  • Support vendor setup and invoice processing
  • Assist with trade incentive approvals and marketing sign-offs
  • Handle multiple inboxes and communicate effectively with travel partners and vendors

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong administrative and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Highly motivated, with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to work across different markets and time zones
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - knowledge of Versonix Seaware is a plus
