Senior Datawarehouse Engineer
Hybrid Working - 3 days onsite per week
Our client is looking for a talented and self-motivated Data Engineer to join their rapidly growing IT team. As part of an ambitious technology company working in the Collections & Recoveries sector, you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing our data warehouse and analytics platform, which empowers our clients to improve recoveries using innovative technology. In this role, you’ll work closely with data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and populate the data warehouse. You will develop, maintain, and support ETL processes, while designing and configuring databases to support reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build data warehouses and analytics platforms to meet business needs
- Develop and maintain ETL processes
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand reporting and MI requirements
- Collaborate with data teams to optimize data structures for analytics
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in data warehouse development and architecture
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes (SSIS, SQL, MDX)
- Expertise in SQL database development and Power BI
- Familiarity with cloud data architecture and dimensional data modelling
- Excellent troubleshooting and support experience
Desirable Knowledge:
- Data Science / Python / R, Collections & Recoveries Industry, and ISO27001/ISO9001
