We are working exclusively with a leading innovative global organisation to recruit a Commercial Finance Leader to play a key role in shaping Finance for the future. Leading a large team of skilled finance professionals, you will ensure the delivery of accurate financial information, regulatory compliance and key financial objectives.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Lead and oversee all financial operations, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Bring fresh perspectives, sharp business acumen and data driven insights to help guide strategic decisions across the business.
  • Collaboration with leadership and the wider Team, communicating financial insights in a clear, accessible manner.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of broader economic trends and micro economic factors, using this insight to assess business opportunities and risks.
  • Continuously identify and drive opportunities for financial improvement, innovation, and sustainability within the business.
  • Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance are in place across the organisation.
  • Contribute to the company’s vision by guiding the team with excellent judgement, leadership, and mentorship.

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and have a proven successful track record in a senior finance role for a minimum of 5 years . However more importantly displays a keen understanding of economic trends, provide insightful commercial acumen and be able to influence at board level. The scope of the role is extensive with key automation and data projects on the horizon. The recognition and rewards are high within a forward thinking organisation.
