Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for a Korean speaking Finance & Accounting Manager.

[Overview]Finance and Accounting Team processes and analyses all costing for the company as a whole, ensuring that all budgets are adhered to by all departments, thus ensuring the company is generating maximum profits. Finance & Accounting Manager will be involved in a wide array of accounting tasks, from report preparation to payments review, bank statement reconciliation and cash flow forecasting.

[Key Responsibilities](1) Ensures a swift and accurate accounting closing on a monthly basis to guarantee that reporting is produced in a timely manner

(2) Liaises with other departments to get month end accruals with supporting documents

(3) Generates various inventory reports for the month end, analyses the variance and shares with relevant departments

(4) Provides adequate and concise management account reports as requested by Management Team and HQ

(5) Provide strategic and operational oversight of all financial accounting activities ensuring compliance with standards as well as end to end monthly financial close along with related Notes and CF and year end statutory reporting

(6) Own the balance sheet reconciliation process and associated review activities, with a focus on ensuring compliance with accounting policies and enhancing quality and control of reconciliations

(7) Preparation of Company’s Annual report and Accounts to ensure they are accurately on time and approved by the external Auditors

(8) Co-ordination and management of Quarterly and year-end audit, main point of contact for external auditors

(9) Management of internal audit

(10) Manage biannual physical count of inventories and fixed assets

(11) Reviewing and approving expense claims

(12) Manage the company’s tangible assets

(13) Companies Financial KPI analysis and improvement

(14) Managing banking operations including Accounts Payable activities, Supplier set up and corporate cards in the organisation whilst following strict due diligence policies

(15) Payments management for mass payment, DD and same day wire payments

(16) Prepare 3 months rolling Cashflow forecasting and Cashflow KPI analysis with high accuracy

(17) Produce weekly & monthly reports for the team

[Requirements](1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English

(2) Previous relevant experience in a similar role within a fast-paced business environment is essential

(3) Must be AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA part/fully qualified

(4) Strong working knowledge of MS Office packages with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

(5) Experience of ERP system is an advantage

(6) Ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams to tight deadlines

(7) Highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment

(8) Flexible and willing to adapt to changing business requirements

(9) Experience of working within a performance management environment - KPIs and Service Level Agreements

[Conditions](1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)

(2) Job type: full-time & permanent & hybrid (1 day work from home)

(3) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)

(4) Annual basic salary: depending on experience
