We are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join a fast paced FP&A team. In this high-impact role, you'll provide strategic finance leadership, guide business decisions, and lead a team of three talented FBPs.

Your key Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the build and development of a strong FP&A team
  • Building effective relationships with Senior stakeholders, Group, Accounts and Business Partnering colleagues.
  • Challenging the business on the robustness of Plan and forecast assumptions ensuring optimisation of financial performance
  • Support the wider FP&A with Group requests, analysis and consolidation support
  • Provide financial management expertise, analysis and insight to inform and contribute to decision making.
  • Refine, enhance and manage the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle with focus on consolidation of results and Group requirements.
  • Influence business decision-making through engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and provide regular value add management information to senior stakeholders
  • Support in the production of the annual Planning cycle and regular forecasting.
  • Ensures there is an effective control framework

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with a proven track record in both FP&A and financial reporting within the financial services sector. Previous team management experience would also be highly advantageous.
