About the Company

The Role

In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with paraplanners, financial advisers, administrators, and compliance specialists to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality financial advice. Key responsibilities include preparing documents for client review meetings, assisting in the production of suitability reports, and coordinating with the admin team on new business and policy processing tasks.

Your main duties will include:

  • Supporting paraplanners and advisers by providing timely, accurate client information
  • Preparing and organising documents for annual client reviews and suitability reports
  • Liaising with the admin team to manage new business and policy servicing

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably within a small to medium-sized firm. You should have a basic understanding of pensions and investments, along with a good knowledge of UK financial regulations.

  • Confidence in engaging with a variety of stakeholders

Ideally, you are working towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
