Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Craft tailored recommendation and strategy reports under a restricted advice model

Deliver advanced cash flow modelling and research for complex financial planning cases

Provide progress updates to Partners, helping them manage client expectations seamlessly

Support the Practice Manager with team training and process improvement initiatives

Handle pre-approval compliance tasks and assist with strategic project work

What You’ll Bring:

Level 4 qualified (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent) – Chartered status is a bonus

Proven experience in a Senior Paraplanner role within a wealth management or IFA setting

Expertise in advanced financial planning, cashflow modelling, and holistic report writing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail

Confident juggling multiple priorities and mentoring others in a team environment
