What will you be doing?

As a Sales Order Support Coordinator, you will process and maintain customers orders in a timely and accurate manner throughout the orders lifecycle.

Your working day will involve:

  • Processing and maintaining a high number of orders in SAP to meet customers delivery deadlines.
  • Communicating with customers to confirm orders, delivery dates and information needed for the effective progress of orders.
  • Maintaining and exceeding customer expectations with a high-quality response to all customer enquiries with an aim to finding solutions.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met in terms of quality, service, and timescale.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails along with processing a high number of sales orders.
  • Previous relevant experience working in Order Processing is essential.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Resilience, problem-solving and ability to prioritise under pressure.
