Our client, a prestigious residential gated community in Weybridge, is currently seeking a Trainee Grounds Maintenance Operative for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity. This is a fantastic chance to join a dedicated team, ensuring the community’s communal areas are kept pristine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and litter picking
  • Painting and general maintenance tasks
  • Use of petrol-powered tools
  • Upholding health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:

  • A customer-centric approach with a positive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence (essential) - you will need to travel across the 15-mile site in a Golf Buggy
  • Ability to pass a DBS check
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a half-hour lunch break.
