Heathgate Search is delighted to partner with a leading Facilities Management business to appoint a Health and Safety Advisor in Weybridge. The salary is between £49,000 - £53,000 per annum.
You will be required on-site 5 days per week with the option to work 1 day from home once you have settled into the role. A DBS check and security clearance will be completed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide competent Health and Safety advice and guidance to all staff on-site
- Implement the group-wide Health and Safety strategy and ensure high standards of Health and Safety
- Develop and review the HSEQ management system
- Ensure all subcontractors are adhering to processes and procedures and all work is carried out safely
Experience, Qualifications, Skills:
- NEBOSH Diploma or working towards
- HSEQ contractor management experience
- Experience in the Facilities Management, Property, Construction or Science Industries
- Experience or knowledge of (working at height, confined spaces, hot works, fire safety, hard and soft fm, construction, asbestos, CDM or laboratory safety)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
