Our client is a luxury health club & spa based in Weybridge. They are currently seeking Payroll Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the payroll operations of the club.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll for all permanent and contract employees with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Address payroll-related inquiries, providing expert support to employees
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Oversee the calculation, deduction, and payment of payroll taxes and contribution.
- Ensure payroll processes aligns with company policies and collective agreements.
- Oversee payroll systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
- Provide guidance and resolve payroll-related issues for team members.
- Handle sensitive payroll data confidentially and professionally.
