As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function across a major electronic manufacturer. You will provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy development.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and legal requirements.
  • Deliver training and support change management initiatives.

About You:

  • Experience in an HR Advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
