HR Advisor

Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide strategic and operational HR support to multiple branches across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in governance, compliance, and learning & development within a growing international business.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Governance & Compliance

  • Oversee and manage HR matters across all branches
  • Support and guide local HR teams to ensure alignment with HR policies
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, company policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with Managers and HR teams to drive effective HR operations

Employment Law & Policy Development

  • Stay up to date with UK employment law changes and assess their business impact
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide expert guidance on HR best practices to Managers and Employees

Learning & Development

  • Identify development needs and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
  • Monitor and evaluate training progress across all business units
  • Source and negotiate with training providers to ensure the best solutions at the best price
  • Keep Training & Development policies up to date

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a multi-site HR role (preferably international)
  • Strong knowledge of European employment laws
  • Ability to implement HR strategies and support operational HR activities
  • Experience in learning & development and training program management
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
