Your new companyOne of our long-standing clients are looking to recruit a proven HR Advisor to join their team. My client is looking for someone to join them 5 days a week. This is a key role in the HR team, you will work with managers and employees to deliver a first class HR service.
Your new role
- Manage employee relations issues (including disciplinary, grievances, sickness).
- Assist the HR Manager to develop HR procedures and policies.
- Work with the HR team to complete a variety of HR projects.
- Advise managers to ensure that HR processes are followed.
- Provide reliable and trusted employment law advice.
- Supporting the delivery of training sessions to managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Ownership of HR reporting, using the newly implemented HRIS (workday)
- Conduct exit interviews with staff who are leaving, to gain insights into where the business can improve.
- Assist with the development of DEI policies to support the business on its journey to be more inclusive.
- Support HR Manager in promotion of employee resource groups (ERGs).
What you'll need to succeed
- Be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
- You will have experience in a generalist HR role (at Advisor level), with solid experience in employee relations.
- Able to deliver a first class HR service.
- Experience owning the end to end Employee Relations case work.
