Our client is looking for a part-time Internal Recruiter that can work in their Weybridge office two to three days per week. Fantastic package, great earning potential, uncapped earnings. The right candidate will be responsible for sourcing high quality candidates to fill various internal job roles. Managing the candidate experience end to end, be the driving force behind the job filling process and working with Candidates to provide a quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with candidates over the telephone.
  • Selling a range of jobs to candidates & managing their entire process.
  • Carefully working through sourcing lists and recording/analysing results.
  • Utilising and updating the in-house CRM system in line with company process.
  • Generating interest and pools of candidates within chosen sector with a mixture of sourcing techniques.
  • Generating leads & referrals.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of KPI’s / results

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Prior Recruitment experience is essential.
  • The ability to communicate within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Driven with a competitive nature.
