Our client, a global blue-chip company, is looking for SAP FI/CO Consultant.

[Purpose of the Job]

The role requires deep and strong knowledge for business practices in accounting procedure, and process knowledge in SAP. The individual is responsible to support business initiatives in the Finance and Controlling area, actively involves projects producing innovative solutions with and requires deep SAP application knowledge to function as an internal consultant to the business.

[Key Accountabilities](1) Support on VOC Ticket system for client’s request regarding its new ERP system

(2) Strong consulting capabilities for the company’s customer requests. Able to communicate with users to identify the problems & requirements and provide To-Be solutions.

(3) Preferably, Understand SD/MM interfaces to FI/CO and other areas of overlap.

(4) Understand Workflow and approval process.

(5) Understand Company’s Business process and map system to Business process.

(6) Identifying the weak areas in the process and educate the users for a better-improved process.

(7) Providing Risk and compliance reports to top management and advise them on how to improve identified areas.

(8) Involve in internal Audits and identify weak areas then to reporting to top Management.

(9) Ensure all work undertaken and system applications conform to Company standards and procedures and meet the agreed service levels

(10) Manage, plan and prioritize tasks to achieve agreed deadlines and meet user requirements

(11) Identify and implement improvements to systems and its applications to meet forecast business requirements

(12) Work in multi-disciplinary teams on major projects, contributing expertise and advise to ensure successful project completion

(13) The business has a fast pace environment and that the business changes require someone adaptable and willing to learn new areas.

(14) Involved in project plans, quality and risks of current IT projects and develop new business opportunities

(15) Involved consulting and coordinating new IT solutions to resolve issues faced by client’s subsidiaries across Europe.

(16) Potential project will be involved in promoting and implementing BI & contact centre solutions.

[Requirements](1) Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in the FI/CO modules in SAP. Knowledge in S/4HANA is preferable.

(2) At least 1 lifecycle implementation, as a SAP Power(Super) user or as a SAP Functional consultant, preferably 2 or more times full life-cycle of implementation in SAP

(3) Project IT management skills with ability to organize project work effectively, reprioritize as new demands/changes arise and to juggle a number of major projects

(4) Able to take responsibility, work under pressure, show initiative and have good problem solving and communication skills.

(5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to lead the meeting with users for FI/CO consulting area

(6) Excellent presentation skills by dedicated tools

(7) Clear oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex value propositions to client senior executives

[Conditions](1) Job type: 12 Month Contract (subject to be extended)

(2) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge Railway Station)

(3) Working hours: Mon~Fri & 9am~5:30pm (some overtime may be required for emergencies and projects)

(4) Hybrid: 2 days work from home after 3 month probation

* A new starter needs to be based in the office 5 days a week during 3 month probation.

(5) Basic annual salary: ~50K (depending upon experience)

(6) Discretionary performance based bonus scheme linked to individual, team and company performance (following successful completion of probation period)

(7) 25 days’ annual leave + Bank Holidays
