Please quote Job Ref: 215297440THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TEAM:The Commercial Property Team provides comprehensive advice on property and land acquisitions and disposals, development, and portfolio management, regularly advising both landlords and tenants on leasehold issues for commercial and industrial premises, which include office blocks, industrial units and retail units.The Commercial Property caseload you will manage will cover: Acquisitions and disposals of retail units, offices and warehousesJoint ventures and development agreementsLandlord and tenant issues including rent review, services charges and dilapidationsProperty managementDocumentation of alterations and change of use and assignment and underlettingIf you are ambitious, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are pro-active and have strong academic background this is an opportunity not to be missed.
