ROLE – Continuous Improvement EngineerLOCATION – SurreyTERM – PermanentSALARY - £35,000 - £45,000 per annum dependant on experienceI’m working with a great client of mine who specialises within the Electronics manufacturing industry and they are on the lookout for a Quality Engineer on a permanent basis, in the surrey area.The Continuous Improvement Engineer will ideally have the following:

Degree, HND Qualification in Quality, Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical subject
Proven experience in sustaining engineering, preferably within the consumer products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Proficiency in CAD software (We use CREO but open to AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc..).
Strong understanding of product design, manufacturing and injection moulding processes, and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

The Continuous Improvement Engineer role will involve:

Leading engineering efforts across the business, collaborating with various departments
Implementing any process improvements that are identified
Design and Documentation Management
Quality and Operational Support
Product Improvement and Cost Management
Working as part of a cross-functional team
Technical Skills and Design (CAD)
