2. Passionate about design - CAD ability is preferred (but not essential) - however willingness to learn. Designing with maintenance in mind.

3. Eager to learn - you will have the opportunity to gain substantial experience - from site inspections and surveys, through to attending client meetings.

4. Willing and able to travel around the UK - our projects are all over the United Kingdom (some are overseas) - hence an ability and willingness to travel and stay over-night is essential.

5. Be a self-starter.

6. Able to write technical reports.

7. Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint

8. Ideally with a driving licence.

9. We will support you with membership of a professional institution - so that you will ultimately become a chartered engineer.

10. Work in a small team.

11. Undertake engineering calculations - working from first principles.

12. You must have a high level of attention to detail - we deal with details and accuracy is critical

13. Attending the office is essential - as this is where you will learn from other team members and participate in, liaise with and co-ordinate project designs.
