We are currently working with a leading Facilities Management organisation, who have a new opportunity to join their FM team. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in implementing Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and ensuring the efficient operation of the Contractor Management Office within a dynamic, multidisciplinary science and research environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient operation of the Contractor Management Office.
  • Ensure compliance with Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and site regulations.
  • Review and approve Site Authority to Work Documents and Permits to Work.
  • Verify contractor paperwork and ensure adherence to RAMS.
  • Address client queries and offer expert advice on SSOW.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • NEBOSH Certificate.
  • Experience within a Health and Safety role.
  • Experience managing or supervising a small team in a permit office/SSOW environment.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team while implementing process improvements.
