Field Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Engineer to join our clients team. In this role, you will provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for a wide range of IT systems and equipment across the Surrey area. You will play a pivotal role in resolving technical issues, implementing solutions, and delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software at client locations, including workstations, servers, and networking equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Provide proactive maintenance to optimize system performance and reliability.

Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Deliver safeguarding training and awareness where applicable.

Continuous Improvement:
- Show initiative by completing additional online training relevant to the role.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
- Proven experience in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and equipment.
- Certifications:
- AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals).
- CompTIA A+.
- Managing Google Workspace.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
