About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Employee Benefits team, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering efficient, technical services to corporate advisers while providing outstanding support to an established client base of 180 corporate clients.

You will be a key part of the organisation, handling a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Managing client, adviser, and provider queries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Overseeing the smooth operation of corporate benefits accounts.
  • Processing new joiners to pension schemes and updating client databases.
  • Ensuring commission payments are processed and premiums reconciled.
  • Delivering a seamless, high-quality service to clients, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a dedicated and collaborative professional with:

  • Experience: At least 2+ years in a corporate benefits role, ideally within a small to medium-sized financial services organisation.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive expertise in Group Risk schemes and benefit products such as GPP, GSHR, GDIS, GIP, GPMI, Group Travel & Dental, and GCIC.
  • Skills: Strong administrative and client service skills with a keen eye for detail and regulatory compliance (including TCF and auto-enrolment knowledge).
  • Attitude: A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications (desirable): GR1 – Group Risk qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
