Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Temporary Administrator to join our team immediately. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or office assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
