Are you a budding OT looking for progression in your career? We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 5/6 Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic paediatric team based on the outskirts of Surrey. This full-time role offers flexibility, and part-time applications will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have experience working with paediatrics, demonstrating a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy.

Location: Outskirts of Surrey
Position: Full-Time (open to part-time)
Start Date: ASAP
Hourly Rate: £21-26 per hour (dependent on experience)
Essential: Driving licence and access to a car

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat children with a variety of physical and developmental conditions.
  • Develop and implement individual therapy plans tailored to the needs of the children.
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff and students.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatments, and progress.

Requirements:

  • A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Previous experience in paediatrics is desirable, but newly qualified therapists are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Full driving licence and access to a car is essential for travel between locations.
