I am currently recruiting for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join a Global business to support the UK HR function on a temporary basis initially 2-3 months

The purpose of this role is to provide support for the HR team to enable the smooth running of the department. The first point of contact to colleagues and line managers for Payroll and HR administration queries.

Skills and experience required

  • Recent HR & Payroll Support experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships internally and externally at all levels
  • Highly organised & able to prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
  • Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Good understanding of Payroll functions
  • Technically astute with systems to provide a comprehensive service
