Compliance Administrator

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and compliant operations within the team. You will manage, control and own the compliance tracker, sales programs, and other key programs within the team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to contribute to the success of our clients business.Responsibilities:路 Ensure candidates are compliant before interview and before they are placed on a contract.路 Manage, control, and own the compliance tracker within the team. Raise issues to internal/external stakeholders for non-compliance issues.路 Ensure contracts are sent in a timely manner路 Liaise regularly with the team to ensure a full understanding of billings and predictions.路 Manage key programs within the team, covering topics such as aftercare, found fee radar and offer management.路 Provide key analysis and metrics to the team, covering performance, averages, ratios, etc.路 Build a strong understanding/management of these and become a subject matter expert.路 Complete ad-hoc tasks required for the team.路 Maintaining and controlling email inboxes路 Maintaining a good understanding of new laws and legislationsRequirements:路 Excellent telephone manner.路 Strong organisation/prioritisation skills.路 Ability to remain steady under pressure.路 Strong internal and external communication skills.路 Commercial awareness and flexibility - willingness to go over and above for the business.路 If you are an ambitious and driven individual, apply now and start your journey with this amazing organisation.Pay: 拢27,000.00-拢30,000.00
