The Role Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager will play a key role in managing and growing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities within an established client base. This is a proactive sales role, but with a softer approachaccount development rather than pure cold calling.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager:

Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customers
Reignite dormant accounts and uncover new opportunities
Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients to maximize sales
Proactively follow up on warm leads and inquiries
Deliver exceptional customer service through calls and emails
Provide tailored quotations and maintain CRM accuracy
