Pensions Project Manager

Weybridge (Hybrid)

My client a successful company are seeking knowledgeable pensions and employee benefits advisor to join their team as a Project Manager. you will be responsible for the project management of group pension and salary sacrifice implementations, from start to finish, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with client HR teams and will be a confident communicator as well as having a wealth of knowledge from a FS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects and support colleagues to win new business as well as increasing spend with current clients.

Providing technical expertise to ensure a successful delivery.

Take a hands on approach to the deliver of each project

Ensure you are up to date with pension knowledge

Deliver the highest standard of customer care

Monitor report and obtain reports from clients

Communicate with stakeholders to ensure each individual party involved knows their processes and roles within the project

Proactively respond to any problems that may arise and solve problems in a professional and efficient manner

Offer guidance and support to less experienced team members

Become a super user of the inhouse systems

Participate in training activities offered - assist the training team with presentations

Ensure compliance standards are maintained at all times

Ensure projects are delivered in budget and within deadlines

Skills Required:

Previous project management experience

Working experience of group pensions, auto enrolment and salary sacrifice

Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Experience of face to face meetings with clients

A Prince II qualification is desirable

Diploma in financial planning is desirable

Fantastic communicator oral and written

Good working knowledge of MS Office
