***QUANTITY SURVEYOR WANTED****

Are you a Quantity Surveyor who has worked on carpentry packages or worked for a carpentry sub contractor?

Are you looking for an immediate start?

Well, if yes..

You will be working for a very successful carpentry and joinery subcontractor based out of Weybridge, Surrey.

Responsibilities
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Conduct cost analysis for project work

- Manage project finances and ensure financial control throughout
- Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes
- Evaluate project progress and prepare reports for clients
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effectiveness

There is a very good and simple CRM and purchasing system in place for you!

You will need have either worked on a carpentry package or worked for a carpentry sub contractor before.

You will be paid up to 60,000 per annum plus package.
