Role: Property Sales Negotiator

Join our fun dynamic team as a Senior Sales Consultant. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Role and Responsibilities

- Qualify leads, managing applicants and booking viewings

- Carrying out viewings and procuring offers

- Negotiating deals, draft sales memos, AML checks and obtaining necessary documentation

- Sales progression and pipeline management

- Canvassing, touting and identifying new business opportunities

- Acquiring new clients, expanding the sales portfolio and increasing market share

- Managing client relationships and exceeding expectations to ensure retention

- Ensure compliance with relevant sales regulations and laws

Skills Required

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

- Personable with natural sales aptitude

- Excellent attention to detail

- Have a proven track record in sales

- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach

In addition to the above skills, the successful candidate should be well-presented, articulate, and have a positive attitude. A self-starter who can work independently while also being a team player is essential. A valid driver's license is required.

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5pm
  • Saturdays 10am - 2pm
