Reed HR are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator with strong recruitment administration experience to join our clients large team of ten on a temporary basis!
This hybrid role offers an hourly rate of £13 to £15 per hour depending on experience and is ideal for an individual who excels in fast-paced environments and has a keen eye for detail.
Ideally this role would suit someone who can start ASAP.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Manage job postings on various platforms.
- Assist with the coordination of interviews and candidate communications.
- Maintain candidate databases and handle confidential applicant information.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
- Handle general recruitment enquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline recruitment processes.
- Strong experience in recruitment administration.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working within a large team.
- Familiarity with HR practices and procedures is advantageous.
