About the Role:

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant ready for the next step in your career? We are looking for a motivated and skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Weybridge. This is the perfect opportunity for a consultant who has already gained experience in recruitment and is now looking to take on a more senior role, with increased responsibilities and the chance to earn uncapped commission.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to client placements
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Take ownership of a specific recruitment sector or area, growing and developing your client base
• Mentor and support junior consultants, helping them to develop their recruitment skills
• Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team targets
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a strong track record of meeting targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
• A proactive approach to business development and client management
• Leadership qualities with an interest in mentoring junior team members
