Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Procurement Specialist.

[Purpose of the Job]

(1) Initiate, execute and manage tendering and complete ERP system processing

(2) Establish and maintain strong relationship with suppliers, negotiate supplier contract and ensuring the best terms and conditions for the company

(3) Work effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders relevant to deliver sustainable high value to the company

(4) Develop procurement skills, experiences and enhance understanding of the company’s procurement policies and procedures

[Key Accountabilities](1) Ensure category (sub-categories) strategy is aligned and deployed alongside the company’s procurement policy and procedures

(2) Supplier RFx initiation, execution and management

(3) Lead supplier negotiations and drive best cost sourcing outcomes

(4) Initiate and drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and performance standards

(5) Drive supplier performance improvement in key areas of cost, delivery, quality and ideation

(6) Develop and maintain contingency plans to address potential disruption in the supply chain

(7) Supplier spend management

(8) Supplier contract management

(9) Supplier performance and relationship management

(10) Support internal/external audit compliance

(11) Escalate issues to procurement Head of Group when needed

(12) Weekly report on key procurement projects to procurement Head of Group

(13) Ad hoc procurement related tasks assigned by procurement Head of Group

[Requirements](1) Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement

(2) Must have experience with SAP

(3) Good communication and interpersonal skills

(4) Good team player

(5) Flexible and adaptable

(6) Must speak fluent English to work with all relevant stakeholders & any Korean language skill is an advantage

[Conditions](1) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)

(2) Hybrid working: 3 days in the office & 2 days work from home

(3) Job type: full-time & 12 Month Maternity Cover Contract

(4) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)

(5) Annual basic salary: up to 42K (depending on experience)

(6) Performance based bonus, pension, life assurance, health insurance, etc.
